On Self-Control

Here are a few ways I use self-control:

1) Set goals for yourself – I give myself x amount of time.

2) Reward yourself – Work as motivation can be a break between tasks  

3) Challenge yourself – Give training session to break a habit. Build stamina. 

I believe it’s important to have self-control because you can be aware of yourself & your surroundings as well as being mindful of yourself.
