On Self Control Pt. 2

Aside from setting goals on your own for self-control, there are some challenges you can set yourself that work for you. I believe it’s important to reward yourself once done these challenges. You could build the stamina to break a habit or create a new one that benefits you greatly.

Here are a few challenges I am doing for myself: 

1) Don’t fidget

2) Don’t pull on my ponytail when I’m stressed out. 

3) Don’t touch your face when stressed out. 

It’s important that you do this for 24hrs & work your way up from there.
