As for my physical environment, I’m working on creating the best environment for myself. I have quotes from a book that inspires & motivates me. I have quotes from artists as well. For my mental environment, I’m continually working on myself to be better & feel better about myself. I do yoga & take dance classes which really helps mentally by making me stay focused. Not just on myself, but my work as well. For my emotional environment, it doesn’t need much upkeep as I am in control of that & if something happens, I know how to control my emotions so that it doesn’t last too long. If it’s all good, I’ll cherish it. Creating the best environment for myself means not only being outside of my comfort zones, but feeling good about myself on each level.
