


Here are a few ways to rewire your brain:
1) Call out the simple things by saying them out loud. Prompts to realize a few things.
2) Be grateful – witness an alternative way of living. Be aware of your privilege
3) Pause for a moment & reflect – what reaching this milestone means to you. Be appreciative.
